Been wanting to draw Ixis Noogie, err...Naugus again, with that Batman style cape of his.

gotta say, Naugus is already a powerful elemental sorcerer as it is, but with a Chaos Emerald his power sky rockets. Issue 231 show's how nasty his crystalizing powers can be.

Part of the tip of his cap on the right got cut off by accident, just ignore that.
