Perhaps the most strongest and superior to all of Eggmans robots, even Omega.

Metal Sonic was constructed by Eggman after he was defeated by Sonic in the original Sonic the Hedgehog. Meant to have skills far superior than Sonic, Metal actually believed he was Sonic or the real Sonic. He's been destroyed several times over, sometimes by his own master Eggman like in CD, this caused him to turn on his master and betray him, attempting to kill both Eggman and Sonic by whatever means.

Metal had many versions of himself, including Rocket Metal and Neo Metal and has many brothers as well like Silver Sonic and Mecha/Robotized Sonic.

Metal should appear in more games.
