Yep it's that buffoon, Grounder from the old cartoon "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog". He was based on the badnik of the same name that appeared in the Aquatic Ruin Zone in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, bursting through walls to annoy you. He, Scratch and Coconuts are the sterotypic Team Rocket trio in many anime cartoons, trying to capture and destroy that pesky Sonic, but ALWAYS failing, horribly. He was amoung the Badniks in Dr. Robotniks Mean Bean Machine ( And he normally breaks my winning spree).

I basically made him meaner, taller and way more menacing.

How about saying Team Rocket are the "Scratch and Grounder" of Pokemon...AOSTH came out YEARS before Pokemon dude!

They badly need to bring the old chars back. I would love to see Grounder, Coconuts and Scratch/Clucker in Sonic Generations.
