She was suppose to be Sonic's girlfriend ( thats right, she was the only girl in the Sonic series to actually truly have the title of being called Sonic's girlfrend) and she has super speed like Sonic himself, and some kind of power.

Wow she look's like my character
I already knew this character but not copyright to steal
back than in age of 13 I knew that character and i drew her in age of i think 10 year's old??
and i was shock that character looks like mine character except tiara has no orange hair I wish she was more of sonic games
and WHY ARCHIE MAKE SALLY AND SONIC MARRIED WHEN TIARA WAS SONIC GIRLFRIEND THAT JUST SCREW UP THE STORY!!!
*sigh* so yeah archies mix up stories don't like it but i do like the characters
so yeah....
P.S sorry about that i just pissed at archies now -_-

I had no idea about this character until now! I agree with Mcgrnwlf, Amy might have had something to do with the scrapping of this character. But she really is a cool character

. I don't know why SEGA never finished the game and got rid of the characters

She's pretty mysterious I'd love to know mroe about her and the storyline of the game... what a shame it never got finish.

SEGA should make a collection of unfinished/completed/released games, finished, but let it not be related to the storylines now. And if fans like some things enough they can keep them/. the character.
