A somewhat challenging design to make at first.

For this one, I was a tad influenced by the Maverick boss Duff McWhalen from Mega Man X5, I haven't noticed till now that alot of Mega Man Bossess and also Poke'mon seem to share the shame proportions as Sonic characters for many of their characters.

Now you pretty much never see any aquatic animals in Sonic-form, both Games, T.V. and comics.(And I won't count the menacing Clam Bivalve). I guess water dwellers are fated to not be anthromized, through I kinda wish their was. Comic-wise their could be some pretty good stories involving traveling to underwater cities like Atlantis or whatever.

(Then again, if Killer Whales gained legs and travel on land, then they would be hunting down Sonic. Sonic and Orca's kinda have a bad history you know.)

Guess I'll name this dude Sampson the Blue Whale.

Wow, amazing design for this whale character. That outfit is very fitting for him.
At first I thought of avoiding aquatic characters like whales and dolphins because it is unnatural to see a shark or a seahorse with legs...
But my mom asked me to make her into a dolphin character (don't ask why...) and I then got some inspiration to create some more.
Any way, nice job and keep it up.
