I did promise myself some time ago that I do a much better pic of Kiss-the-thunders character Celeste that I once did when my Painttool Sai skills weren't that good at the time.

And a character as well created as Celeste deserves better than the pic I did previously, so here's something better!

i know right! one of the more well thought out characters and very well designed! it just goes to show that you don't need to put a heavy emphasis on clothing and the look to make a fantastic character! *kiss-the-thunder's got a character that you don't see every day. i really like how you added that pink glow to her eyes. makes her look cuter!

This character seems to be famous everywhere, in Return to Mobius and definately on DeviantArt.

Not saying its a bad thing, just amazing how popular she is.
