My favorite of the Destructix/Fearsome Foursome, Frog is more insane than Rosie The Rascal and Bean the Dynamite combined. He's done things, some CRAZY, psychoatic things, let's just say he took his Jester job over in Mercia way too seriously, or should it be he had a little too much fun, likely involving some crazy serial killer like stuff, like defacing and erasing.

As of what's known, he's the solo Amphibian character noted, not counting Universal Salamander and average day Mobian folk.

For Scourge to admit "The guy makes Rosy look cuddly!", then you know that this dude is definately a guy you'd problemly want to avoid at all cost.
