The Destructive Water god, who wiped out the Knuckles Echidna Clan.

Based on his Fleetway comic version, which is more powerful, intellegent and more evil than the Games/Archie counterpart, it can even talk.

Reminds me of the popular Spider man villians, Venom and Carnage.

Speaking of different versions, how much stronger was his Perfect form when he absorbed the Super Emeralds instead of Chaos Emeralds during the Archie series, compared to his normal powers during the game?

Not too familiar with the Fleetway continuity, but judging by your depiction, I'd guess that a remake of Sonic Adventure starring this iteration of Chaos would probably need a Mature warning for excessive and gratuitous violence...

The somewhat formless pose and fanged maw does evoke images of the classic Marvel symbiotes, and the colours and shading give it a darker, more twisted look compared to the other characters (and also looks watery). Really, REAAAALLY don't want to think about what the Perfect form of this Chaos looks like...
