I don't think any of Eggman's early contraptions had particular names, but the Sonic 3 Final Boss has been usually been dubed the "Big Arm" fitting cause of it's design.

Anyway, this is the Big Arm model seen in Sonic Generations (3DS version), and man, IT WAS A PAIN IN THE ASS TO UST DRAW! I was mainly working from my Nintendo Power Issue witch had a concept art pic of the Big Arm, and their was just way too much detail on it, drove me mad I say to color this sucker in.

Buh, glad to be done with this.

One of my favourite Sonic final bosses ever, and it's not on the console version of Sonic Generations! It better be downloadable content in the future! ...I don't really have many games that I want to get on the 3DS, so why shell out so much money for just one game?
