Not bad, not bad at all. He certainly looks a lot more demonic and evil now. To be honest, the previous design kind of looked like Scourge with wings and a tail, but now NOBODY'S going to confuse him with anyone else.

For some reason, I can't help but think that the hands are a bit on the big side (even for Sonic art), but the shading is excellent and the outfit (er, pants and shoes) look suitably wicked. Also, the droopy, partially face-covering bangs look very awesome here. Is that a mechanical eye I see under his hair?
