"Autonomous Digital Assault Microbe"

An artificial lifeform accidentally created by Dr. Eggman, He is a computer virus who onced served Eggman, until he developed his own schemes and objectives. Eggman tried to delete A.D.A.M. when he discovered that it was he who ruin some of the Doc's plans, but he transmitted his data into nanites which than consumed the body of Tommy Turtle, giving A.D.A.M. his body. It was he who gathered all the Chaos Emeralds in the Universe.

It took the efforts of S. Sonic, S.Shadow, T. Tails and the Egg fleet to destroy this monster, but he may return as Nanites are really hard to get rid of. He has a sister named E.V.E. and a badass superform.

He's a real evil and sinister villian, Not much change from his original design. Too much silver!

funny in Underground A.D.A.M. was a Shap shift robot who's base form was that of a turtle and had the ability to learn.
He became a good guy when he found out that what Robotnik banned was not evil and that sonic and the others were not villainous at all.
He sacrifised himself in the same episode to save Sonic, Sonia and more importantly Manic.

He could possibly return, robots and creatures made out of Nanites are extremely hard to kill, every last nanite has to be destroyed, and the hard thing is they're micro-sized.

Certain villians love to reapear when you least expect it like Metal Sonic and Iron Queen.
