Interesting...veeeerrrrry interesting. I like how you've given each of the Babylon Rogues their own unique style (even if it doesn't look like they'd be the type to use Extreme Gear), although lord almighty, how many redesigns of Wave are you planning to do?

Anyways, the multi-couloured flames on her shirt and pants are pretty neat, and the belt-legging-chap-thingies on her thighs look cool (and kind of remind me of her tail feathers, which is awesome). Kind of miss the headband, I do, but the new glasses are slick enough to make up for it, and the board is well-designed, too. Overall, nice job.
